Notices

Third-party notices.

Last updated 28 October 2026 · Helm Technology Inc.

The real-business directory shows third-party data under open licences, the workspace’s type and the map’s labels are set in open-licence fonts, the street drawing on the welcome page is made from open map data, and the simulated people’s online habits draw on published research figures. This page carries the notices those licences ask for. Nothing in Helm Express is a survey of real people, and no real person’s record is ever shown.

Place prose

The short paragraphs of local context that accompany each place were generated by a language model in 2026. They are not a licensed dataset, they are not regenerated automatically, and they may mention public figures in their public roles. If one is wrong, tell us.
